Athletes are supported by a multitude of certified resources:
- Experienced coaches
- Certified physical trainer
- Nutrition advisor
- Sports psychologist
In addition, access to complete sports facilities and an on-site clinic.
Development structure
Athlete development occurs over an annual period of technical, tactical and physical training.
Athletes benefit from 10 hours of training per week :
- Video sessions
- Weight room training
- Field training
Competition structure
Competitions are an integral part of the program structure. Athletes will have the opportunity to play approximately 50-60 games from September to June.

- Tournaments across Canada and the United States
International visibility
Our athletes also have the chance to benefit from international visibility, especially with the NAIA (American University Flag Football).
