Admission

Preschool and Elementary school admission 2027-2028

The enrollment period starts on August 13, 2026 and continues until January 2027.

Following the review of all applications, we will inform you of our decision. Ms. Julie St-Onge, director of Preschool and Elementary school, could also communicate with the direction of the previous school frequented by your child in order to obtain additional information. A meeting with the parents and child may also be requested.

The preschool and elementary school applicants do not have to pass an examination. If you wish to apply for admission for 2027-2028, please an email to helene.loignon@cbourget.ca mentioning the requested grade and a phone number to reach you. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

After reviewing the academic file, we will render our decision. Preschool

The admission period begins on August 13, 2026, and continues until January 2027.

The application file for the preschool program must include:

  • Online application form, to be completed by clicking FORM;
  • Daycare report (developmental profile), if you have received one (PDF format only);
  • One photo (digital format);
  • A non-refundable fee of $50, payable by credit card, will be required when completing the application form.

Elementary School

The enrollment period for 2027-2028 starts on August 13 and continues until February 2027.

** Before starting the process, make sure to scan the documents listed below into PDF format. Photographs of documents will not be accepted.

The admission application must include :

  • The admission FORM filled online ; 
  • Past two years’ report cards ;
  • The most recent report card for the current year ;
  • The first October communication ;
  • A copy of the diagnostic assessment report and the individualized education plan, if applicable ;
  • A digital photo ;
  • An amount of $50 (non-refundable), payable by credit card, will be required upon completion of the application form.
