ADMISSION 2026-2027
Secondary 1 (Students curRently in 6th GRADE)

The admission period for the third round has begun.

Applications submitted by March 23 will be considered during the second round of admissions.

It will still be possible to submit an application after this date; however, these will be reviewed at a later date. Responses will be communicated during the week of May 4.

Parents whose children already attend Collège Bourget elementary school do not need to reapply for admission to secondary school.

Secondary 2 to 5

The admission period begins on January 12 and ends on March 23.

Secondary 1

General information

The admission process does not include an entrance exam. 

Only complete applications will be reviewed 

Important dates  

  • December 15: Start of the admission period (3rd round)
  • March 23, 2026: End of the admission period
  • March 27 to April 30: Review of applications
  • Starting May 4, 2026: Admission responses sent (over several days)
  • Starting March 24, 2026: 4th admission round

Admissions will be based on the assessment of the student's file.  

Applicants deemed eligible may be placed on a waiting list. If places become available, they may receive admission offers.

Admission procedure 

Before beginning your application, please ensure to scan the documents listed below in a PDF format. Photographs of documents are not accepted. 

The application should include: 

  1. The admission application form, to be completed online by clicking on FORM; 
  2. The 2025-2026 Interim Report Card 2025-2026 published in October; 
  3. A copy of the final report cards for Grades 4 and 5; 
  4. A copy of the Grade 6 second term report card, as soon as it is received
  5. A copy of the diagnostic evaluation report and individualized education plan, if applicable; 
  6. A non-refundable fee of $50, payable by credit card, will be required upon completion of the application form; 
  7. A 2-minute video, in French, (maximum 3 minutes) to be submitted using this video form 

Once we have reviewed the form and the documents submitted, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt. Due to the number of applications we receive, please allow approximately three weeks to hear back from the Office of Admissions.

  1. Review of the report card results and comments; 
  2. Video review:  

French language proficiency 

Motivation and attitude  

Relevance of subject covered 

Ability to express personality and fields of interests. 

* Only the content of the video will be analyzed. It is not necessary to produce a high-quality or edited video. A simple video filmed on a smartphone will be fine. 

Please note that priority will be given to the following: children of College Bourget employees, siblings, children of Collège alumni (father or mother).  These applications  are subject to the same admission criteria as all other candidates.
