Starting June 2nd : Admissions decisions issued (spread over several days)
Admissions will be based on the assessment of the student's file.
Parents whose children already attend Collège Bourget elementary school do not need to reapply for admission to secondary school.
Admission procedure
Before beginning your application, please ensure to scan the documents listed below in a PDF format. Photographs of documents are not accepted.
The application should include:
- The admission application form, to be completed online by clicking on FORM;
- The first communication 2024-2025 (interim report card);
- A copy of the 2024-2025 Term 2 report card
- A copy of the final report cards for Grades 4 and 5;
- A copy of the diagnostic evaluation report and individualized education plan, if applicable;
- A non-refundable fee of $50, payable by credit card, will be required upon completion of the application form;
- A 2-minute video, in French, (maximum 3 minutes) to be submitted using this video form.

- First name, last name and age of the student;
- Answers to the following three questions;
- Why do you want to come to Collège Bourget?
- What do you like to do in your free time outside of class?
- What are the three most important things I should know about you?
- The answer to one of the following four questions (your choice):
What motivates you to succeed at school?
Tell me about a project or activity that you have achieved that you are proud of?
What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Tell me about a recent situation at school where you encountered a challenge and how you dealt with it?

Complete Admission files are assessed by Admissions Committee according to the availability and the following criteria:
- Review of the report card results and comments;
- Video review:
French language proficiency
Motivation and attitude
Relevance of subject covered
Ability to express personality and fields of interests.
* Only the content of the video will be analyzed. It is not necessary to produce a high-quality or edited video. A simple video filmed on a smartphone will be fine.
Please note that priority will be given to the following: children of College Bourget employees, siblings, children of Collège alumni (father or mother). These applications are subject to the same admission criteria as all other candidates.
