Our philosophy can be simply explained: to offer our students the opportunity to face the challenges according to their strengths and interests.
A guidance counsellor offers individual or group consultation services.
Different projects are initiated in Secondary 1 through 5 to allow students to orient themselves in accordance with their interests and needs. Some projects are operations of self-exploration, or discovery of professional sectors; others aim to guide students in courses selection and admission process to college. The guidance counsellor counts on the collaboration of a team of professors who allow for such experimentation.
Amongst our exploration and initiation activities, we own a micro business (soap making, greenhouse and hive), a circle of entrepreneurs, and an entrepreneur option. The college made sure to become a regional leader in the implantation of mandatory content of academic and professional orientation, as defined by the MELS.
